Summary
Practical Prospecting involving the members in all facets of how I prospect and find gold.
Day 1 - in field classroom prospecting, testing and sampling. Picking the right location based on highest returns.
Day 2 - Begin mining. Shifting members to all positions from trending – prepping material - running material – final cleanup.
Day 3 – Following the trends allows us to not have to look for “Another spot” but we will anyway. Members will be on the gold but is is always good to know the next spot.
Day 4 – Metal detecting field training – If the area is viable for detecting, members can spend the remainder of the day detecting. If the area is not a nugget area, members return to the mining operation. Day closes with full reclamation of the land and final cleanups of all run material and the members split the gold close out the Gold Trails Event.
