When you are working in a restricted space, such as around bedrock, and you can see, or have a signal for, an area too small for your hands to reach into, use The Crevicer! Gently twist and pry it open until you have access to the target. Then, use the spoon-end of the tool to scoop out the material. For best results, use short strokes to gradually remove material.

2.  10.5″ x 1″ head. AR40 Steel, 42 Rockwell hardness

The crevicer is a one-piece tool, a very good quality tool to have at your disposal when you tackle those crevices .

Perfect for getting into tight places

Awesome pick. Really strong metal, the length of taper from pick side is perfect to wedge out a crack in bedrock. Downside is the handle, it is flat and narrow. Kind of difficult to keep a steady grip without it trying to spin during the swing. BUT its not a difficult task to place wood on both sides and rivet it like a knife handle. It then held great in the hand. Very well worth the money even with the modification.
