I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of gold I got out of this small bag. I got 7,pieces that went through a kitchen strainer, and 7 pieces that didn’t fit through the strainer.
I’m new to the GPAA family.
I’ve been prospecting for gold for about a year. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do since I was a child. After becoming a GPAA member it has already opened the doors for me to become a member of a local chapter here in Ohio. I have enjoyed the membership package that I received, it has a wealth of information, and the extra goodies were great. I panned the gold paydirt and found 0.17 grams of gold, that was fun.
I’ve even started my own UTube channel and have subscribed to several other channels. I’ve made some gold family friends already.
I’m looking forward to meeting and making new friends and visiting other GPAA claims in the coming years.
Thank you

I'm glad I just renewed my membership! Customer support was very helpful & speedy with the process when I had to call them. Follow up was as promised with membership card and renewal gift arriving promptly. I look forward to the magazine & getting ideas for adventures!
Long time member, long past my ability to prospect! I renew mainly for the magazine and the memories of the Buzzard who shared his love for God's country and the GOLD that helped build it. GPAA is so much more than just gold bearing properties, it is members who share their adventures, tips and tricks to keep hope alive for future generations.Thank you GPAA for 50+ years of golden dreams.
Very happy to find an opportunity with a credible group of helpers and a resource for my new hobby. The history data is extremely educational and relevant to understanding the modern day complexity of finding gold. The guidance will be almost as valuable as the gold in the pan!
My first association with GPAA started back in 1982 or 83. I enjoy the stories in the Gold Prospectors magazine. I have learned a great deal over the years. It's all about the fun of searching for it, and developing your own techniques for separating the gold from the leaveitrite. It is hard work, but most satisfying when you get that flash of color in your pan. I am too old now to roll boulders over in the streams, so I buy the GPAA gold bags for that continued satisfaction. Great fun for the whole family.
Glad to be a new member.
